Following competitive bidding processes for its expansion and renovation project, Westside has selected its architect, construction manager, and new cafe operator.
Gibbs Gage Architecture will design Westside’s new and renovated spaces and has extensive experience with recreation facilities. Graham Construction will oversee and manage the project while tendered construction tradespersons will undertake the construction work. Architecture and construction management were awarded through request-for-proposal (RFP) and tender processes.
Westside is also pleased that, after consultation with food industry experts and a comprehensive RFP process, a new cafe operator has been selected that offers a health-focused menu, coffee bar, locally-sourced inspired food offerings, longer operating hours and mobile ordering capability.
